Bent but Not Broken

In this book you will find experiences of my grandmother, brother, and daughter’s deaths. How it felt to be one of the first blacks to attend an all-white school, how I was betrayed by my first love. Having to raise my grandchildren, one of them severely autistic, I wrote this book to encourage someone that no matter how bad life gets, God is always there to see you through it. As the title states, I was bent but not broken. Through it all I would not change a thing, because it made me the strong woman that I am today. I give God all the glory! My proceeds from this book will go toward making my grandson’s future a happy one. He is seventeen and growing.
